Matrex Global is a web-based manufacturing ERP available to registered businesses operating in the metal, plastics, or paper manufacturing sectors. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Accurate Registration: Provide accurate company name, industry type, and contact details during sign-up. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Authorised Access: Only share login credentials with employees of your organisation. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including staff accounts you create.
• Lawful Use: Use the platform only for legitimate manufacturing business operations in accordance with applicable Indian law.

Matrex Global provides a full-featured manufacturing ERP that includes the following modules based on your chosen plan:

• Domestic Plan: Purchase & Raw Materials, GRN, Suppliers, Production Orders, BOM, Cutting/Slitting Optimizer, Yield Dashboard, Shift Reports, Inventory (Items, Batches, Locations, Alerts, Ledger), Sales (Quotations, Orders, Invoices, Dispatch Challan, Customer Ledger), Accounts (Receipts, Payments, Outstanding, Debit/Credit Notes), Machinery, Quality, Reports, Masters, and AI Assistant.
• Import Export Plan: All Domestic features plus Import Contracts, Import POs, CHA Entries, Import Dispatch, Total Landed Cost, Export Contracts, Export Shipments, Export Documents, and Payment Realizations.
• User Roles: The platform supports Super Admin, Manager, and Staff roles. Super Admins control all settings and user access. You are responsible for assigning roles appropriately within your organisation.

All business data you enter into the Matrex platform — including purchase orders, production records, inventory, sales invoices, import/export documents, and financial entries — remains your property at all times. We do not claim any ownership over your operational data. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Matrex Global provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy. However:

• No Guarantee of Uptime: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occasionally occur.
• No Liability for Business Decisions: Reports, analytics, and AI responses provided by the platform are informational. You are solely responsible for business decisions made using this information.
• Data Entry Accuracy: The accuracy of reports, landed cost calculations, inventory levels, and production records depends entirely on the data you enter. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect data entry.

All software, UI design, source code, and documentation of the Matrex Global platform is the intellectual property of Matrex Global. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business operations. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Veraval, Gujarat, India. For any questions about these terms, contact us at:
