To operate the Matrex Global platform and deliver real-time fleet, inventory, and supply chain telemetry, we collect and process the following classifications of data:

• Operational Telemetry: Machine metrics, production cycle rates, warehouse shelf-space logs, and sensor outputs linked via our edge API client.
• User Account Details: Name, work email, corporate affiliation, role configurations, and OAuth authentication tokens.
• Logistics Data: Freight manifest, transit routing logs, shipping manifests, and order status inputs.

Data isolation is a fundamental design principle of the Matrex Global SaaS architecture.

• Dedicated Virtual Space: All client enterprise datasets are hosted in logically-partitioned Virtual Private Clouds (VPC) with granular access keys.
• Data Retention: Active production data is stored for the duration of your active subscription. You can initiate full archive purging within 30 days of contract termination.
• Backups: Full system backups are encrypted and saved nightly using AES-256 standard encryption on geo-redundant storage.

We employ strict technical controls to secure client systems:

All communications are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 encryption. We conduct regular external penetration testing and continuous SOC2 audit checks to maintain our data-secure status.

We do not lease or sell cargo details, raw telemetry logs, or personnel operations data to data brokers or advertising syndicates. Data is only shared with verified infrastructure subprocessors (such as database hosters, email dispatchers) necessary to provide the platform service.
